•Assist the Chef de Parties in preparing, cooking all kinds of food;
•Ensure the food prepared are cooked following the correct standard and recipe;
•Supervise and train all staffs to provide high quality of food to meet the brand standard;
•Ensure all staffs have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety;
•Always keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times;
•Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

•Exceptionally high standards on food quality, food safety, hygiene, etc.;
•Strong management and organizational skills;
•Strong communication and computer skills;
•Able to solve all problems effectively and in a professional manner;
•Good command in English.
•3-5 years as Chef experience (experience from Franchie/Chinese Restaurant is an advantage);
•Exceptionally high standards on food quality, food safety, hygiene, etc.;
•Strong management and organizational skills;
•Strong communication and computer skills;
